Placing an Order

We can help you estimate based on the number of guests and tables. Please make sure beforehand that you know the dimensions of the tables so we can give you the best advice. For your peace of mind, we allow you to take one extra cloth and if unused and clean will be free of charge.

For your benefit, we are saving the cloths just for you, nobody else can book them. So for security, we need to take a deposit of 50 shekel. If you wish to cancel your order, there is no refund.  

That’s ok, things happen. You can give us a call and we will try to see if the cloths are available for you new event date. If not, you can pick another available style, or have store credit for the next event. 

To make sure cloths are available for next or same day, you can email a request, but we cannot guarantee until you receive a confirmation from the office. You can also try calling the office and leave a message- we will try to call you back ASAP. (Please make sure all shabbos orders are in before Friday. )

We take a credit card number on file when you reserve and will charge when you return the cloths. If you want to pay cash, please pay in the store with exact change. 

Pick up and Delivery

You can take them the day before the event. If you call up and we see they are available two days before, then we can give them to you earlier.

Yes, we can coordinate a driver to bring them to your home or even the hall! No need to carry heavy bags of tablecloths.

Washing and Returning

Our pleasure! Just shake off the cloths and send back nicely in the bag Please return within 24 hours of the event and for 15 shek a cloth you don’t have to deal with the hassle. If you decide to use our washing service AFTER the event the price is 20 shekels a cloth.

Sure, you can wash them. One per load and hang dry. But they must be returned within 48 hours of the event clean and dry.

It will be 20 shek a cloth, and they MUST be returned with 24 hours, otherwise the cloths can get moldy.

Please don’t touch! Bring it back to us and the experts will try to get it out for a fee of 50 shek. If we see that the tablecloth is damaged there will be a penalty fee.

The cloths should NOT be thrown into trash bags and wrinkled. Kindly have them fold them back into the proper bags provided with your label so we can keep things organized in the shop. If you have unused cloths and don’t want to get charged for washing, then tell us before they are returned and keep them noticeably separate.

There aren’t any hidden fees, just some penalty fees so we can provide the best service possible for our clients. 

Fees

  1. Stain/Damage: depends on severity
  2. Wax: 50 nis/cloth
  3. Late: 50 nis/day
  4. Returned Wet: 15 shekel/cloth
  5. Bag: 35 nis
  6. Not-folded: 15 nis
  7. Lost: cost of cloth
  8. Washing: 15 nis/cloth (after event 20 nis/cloth)
  9. Cancellation Fee: 50% of order

Washing and Returning

  1. Washing: we offer a washing service to make it easier for the baal simcha, costing 20 shekel per cloth to wash. Otherwise, if you wish to wash yourself, please follow washing instructions below. 
  2. Returning: if you are washing the cloths then you have 2 days to wash and hang dry, otherwise we need the cloths back within 24 hrs. of the event so we can wash them properly. If you would like to return via pick up service, please let us know in advance to schedule accordingly.

Reminders

  1. The rentals are now your responsibility. Please do not leave unattended in public areas.
  2. Due to the high quality of the tablecloths, they must be handled with care. Candles can cause burn holes and wax residue (even havdala candles); fabric left loose on the floor and/or rough edges on old tables can cause holes, etc. Please do not place extremely hot food/warmers directly on the fabrics. Super oily dressing or food/food coloring may stain the tablecloth as well. Any damaged rentals will incur a charge depending on the severity.
  3. Cleaning instructions are on the flip side.
  4. If you prefer to use our washing service, please notify us before the event. We would need them back within 24 hrs so we can wash them properly.
  5. If returning dirty, please shake off all debris from tablecloth and fold back into our provided bags. If our bag is not returned, the fee is 35 shekel.
  6. Rentals must be returned by the specified date on the card in the bag, to Birkat Avraham 26, Rosenblatt Family, Floor 1 in the bags that were given to you. Please call 053-314-5739 to schedule drop-off of used items, as they may not be left unattended at our door unless notified before. If they are returned past this time, there may be a penalty fee.

Cleaning Care

We have created these instructions to help you, please don’t get alarmed if it seems too detailed.

TABLECLOTHS MUST BE WASHED WITHIN 24 HRS OF THE EVENT!!!! IF LEFT CRUMPLED AND STAINED, IT IS TO YOUR LOSS!

  1. Lay out the tablecloth flat on your floor. Gently remove any leftover food that dried onto the fabric. (Ex: globs of chocolate, caramel, Cholent… must be removed by hand.)
  2. Right before it goes into the machine, entirely shpritz each spot with oxy (non– bleach) stain remover spray. Let it sit for 1 minute, but do not let it dry into the fabric before it enters the machine.
  3. We recommend only washing one tablecloth at a time! They are big and will get tangled/wrinkled if more are in a load. Set your washing machine to a quick 15 min. cycle. Lower speed. Use 1/2 a top of liquid detergent, and softener.
  4. To dry, hang-dry tablecloths away from direct sunlight. Make sure they have no wrinkles while drying. Please do not hang over doors as they might have rough edges and can pull at the fabric.
  5. Once they are totally dry (even if rushed to return on time, don’t return them wet!), please fold them symmetrically, so they don’t wrinkle. Call me if you run into a problem!
  6. Please make sure to return them in the bags that were given to you.
  7. WAX STAINS/DAMAGE: If you realize the fabric was damaged, please notify us before you wash them or try to remove the wax with an iron. Each fabric needs to be treated properly.

* If we notice unmentioned damage, after returned, we will try to consult you, otherwise payments will be charged accordingly.

Sukkos at Upscale – 2025

Hi, there! Here is our outline of How it Works over Sukkos. We compiled it to help our customers understand clearly our logistics since there are multiple days of Yom Tov. There is 1) Shabbos before Sukkos, 2) First Days, 3) Shabbos Chol Hamoed, 4) Second Days, 5) Shabbos after. When placing an order we need to know which cloths you need for each day.

Pricing

-All tablecloths are 40 shekel, with the exception of white lace overlays which are 60 shekel.
-Underlays are 10 shekel
-Runners are 20 shekel

-All cloths must be washed within 24 hours of being used even on Chol Hamoed, in order that they don’t get stained or moldy. We have seen from the past mold totally damages the cloth and will have to be disposed of.

-You may wash the cloths yourself according to our instructions. Pre-treat if necessary, wash one per load, and hang to dry. Very important: Cloths cannot sit dirty for more than 24 hours!

We offer washing for 15 shek/cloth and must receive the cloths back within 24 hours.

Wax Removal- 50 shek/cloth – as long as the wax/ dye comes out. Candles can also cause permanent burn holes!!!

Permanent Stain/ Damage fee– estimated by Upscale Staff based on severity of damage and price of replacing cloth

Washing by Upscale must be decided upon while booking in order to plan accordingly. Splitting up the order for you to wash and some for us to wash is not an option.

-If you choose after the fact to have us wash it, it will be a fee of 25 shek/cloth. We would also have to receive the cloths within 24 hrs, and we can’t arrange delivery for you last minute, it would be your responsibility to get them to us since its after booking.

-For sukkos there is a minimum of 6 tablecloths per is

1) Shabbos before Sukkos,

2) First Days

3) Shabbos Chol Hamoed

4) Second Days

5) Shabbos after,

they don’t need to be all the same style, just for each day the minimum is 6.

-If you want to rent a smaller quantity, try to contact us during Aseres Yemi Teshuvah and we will be able to tell you what we have left. For small orders, we won’t arrange delivery and cannot offer washing.

– If you chose to pick up your cloths yourself, we will email you when to pick- up. If its after hours, we will leave them in a labeled bag outside the store in the keter cabinet.

– We will email you closer to let you know which day your delivery is coming. It is your responsibility to be available for the driver to contact you, in case he needs help finding your location. Please be available so we don’t have any issues. If you have a person coordinating for you, then please stress to them this point, we don’t want it to fall through the cracks.

-You will receive your cloths for

1) Shabbos before Sukkos

2) First Days

3) Shabbos Chol Hamoed

4) Second Days

5) Shabbos after.

If what you ordered for the other parts of yom tov is available earlier, we will pack them together.

– Since there is a lot of back and forth in terms of deliveries, we are trying to get the best quotes possible for you.

Cloths cannot be kept the entire yom tov. They must be returned after each day.

– If you chose to return yourself and want us to wash, please bring them back before 10 am the day after being used.

-If you chose to wash them yourself, we allow one day to wash and dry the cloths, and it is your responsibility to coordinate with driver to return.

-Your cloths will be picked up at night, they should be shaken off folded and returned to the bags you received them in. Returning in trash bags unlabeled causes confusion and mistakes since there are so many cloths rented over yom tov. We must keep track who is returning what. There will be a 100 shek fee for this.

– The packed bags should be placed outside your door to be ready for the driver.

-Please be in touch with the delivery man to tell him they are ready. [ The earlier you put it outside your door the better] For people keeping two days it will be after their yom tov.]

-Sending back napkins- please count the napkins before you return to the bag to make sure you’re not missing any.

-The biggest issue we have had in the past is tablecloths not being returned in time (either because they were sending with a private driver or they didn’t leave outside/and weren’t answering the phone). In order to avoid unnecessary fees please make sure this doesn’t happen.

– Please note just like you will be receiving different style cloths for second days, someone else might be expecting your first day cloths to be sent to them. We understand it is yom tov, and not everyone is always available, but return time is very very important.

-When booking, the full order will be charged.

-We take credit card details on file for security.

-We use a third- party delivery service, and therefore prices vary depending on location and size of delivery. We will be in touch closer regarding payment methods.

– You will need to provide an Israeli Number upon booking so the driver can contact you.
